Bozhena Fisher, DDS, FAAPD
Dr. Bozhena Fisher believes that good oral health is a gateway to overall well-being. Dr. Fisher focuses her practice on prevention by building awareness about the latest preventive methods available. She puts every child at ease by making each visit positive and rewarding for the entire family.
Dr. Fisher graduated Cum Laude from UCLA with a major in Biology, and subsequently obtained her dental degree from UCLA School of Dentistry in 2008. She went on to complete her pediatric dental residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, the primary teaching hospital of Yale School of Medicine. She received extensive training in providing dental care to children, including those with special needs. Dr. Fisher is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
She shares her expertise in the field of pediatric dentistry by serving as a part-time Clinical Faculty member at the UCLA School of Dentistry where she teaches both dental students and pediatric dental residents.
Dr. Fisher’s pride and joy is being a mom to her baby girl, Laurie. Becoming a new mom energized her passion for practicing dentistry with a child-centered approach, being sensitive to needs and temperaments of her young patients. In her free time, Dr. Fisher enjoys tennis, yoga, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
